How Does the Ford Military and First Responders Rewards Program Work?

Step 1: Enter your zip code in Step 1 and select "Find My Offer" to reveal your cash reward amount.

Step 2: Confirm your eligibility by creating an account or signing in to ID.me, a federally certified Single Sign On service that allows you to verify your legal identity and First Responder or Military status.

Once verified, you'll receive an email confirmation with a unique Certificate ID. Occasionally, you may need to provide additional documents to confirm eligibility. Please bring your email confirmation showing the reward Certificate when visiting the showroom at Haley of Farmville Ford to ensure it applies to the lease or purchase of the Ford vehicle you select.

Eligibility

First Responder

To qualify as an eligible First Responder and receive the reward, you must be a United States resident, and your occupation must be one of the following:

Law Enforcement Officers

  • Active Police Officers (Federal, State, and Local)
  • Correctional Officer (Private, for-profit correctional institutions also acceptable)
  • State Trooper
  • Federal Law Enforcement Officer (for example, Customs & Border Protection Officer, Air Marshal, etc.)
  • Park Police & Park Rangers
  • Pretrial Services Officers
  • Probation & Parole Officers
  • Bridge & Tunnel Officers
  • Detention Officers (Private, for-profit correctional institutions also acceptable)
  • Railroad Police Officers
  • School Resource Officers
  • Auxiliary & Reserve Sheriff Deputy or Police Officers
  • Animal Control Officers credentialed as Law Enforcement Officers
  • Fire Marshals who are certified Law Enforcement Officers
  • Court Bailiffs/Court Officers (must have LE credentials)

Firefighters

  • Career Firefighter (Federal, State, and Local)
  • Wild-land Firefighter/ Prescribed fire burn manager
  • Volunteer Firefighter

Emergency Medical Technicians

  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Military

To qualify as an eligible Military service member and receive the exclusive cash offer, you must be a United States resident and verify your status as one of the following:

  • Active Duty: Active Military Personnel serving in the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reservists Serving on Active Duty, and Members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP), including spouses and surviving spouses.
  • Retirees: Any current or former member of the uniformed services who are entitled to retire under the statute, a retirement that generally occurs after 20 years of service, and those who will receive a pension as a retiree, including a medical retirement.
  • National Guard and Honor Guard: These personnel are eligible under the current Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, or Coast Guard branch in which they serve.
  • Reservists: Must be on orders to deploy or a veteran within *24 months of separation.
  • Veterans: Honorably discharged veterans within 24 months of separation are eligible. You may qualify for a special regional incentive regardless of the separation date. Enter your ZIP code in Step 1 to see if you qualify.
